9am - Flow Yoga (75min.)
6pm - TRX Intervals (30 min.)
(before rolling - come to both and get 2 for 1)
6:30pm - Balls (body rolling and deep stretch) (60min.)
9:15am - HIIT (60 min.) Power moves/cardio intervals. Burn fat and get the heart pumping.
6:30pm - Restorative Yoga
6:30pm - Flow Yoga (75 min.)
9am- Flow Yoga (75 min.)
9:15am - Yoga Sculpt w/ Abby (60 min.)
