The yoga journey is about finding your Self. Many of us have left our physical bodies. We have become disconnected, numb and apathetic to the precious details of our lives. Yoga is about unifying the mind, body and spirit. It is this "state of yoga" that will allow us to find our own true nature and lead us to enlightenment. Jesus said, "The kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21) Yoga gives us the tools to uncover this perfect peace that will guide our lives and ultimately bring us home.
At Yogasu Fitness, we offer a regular schedule of classes each week (see home page for schedule.) We ask that students sign up in advance or contact us before dropping in on a class. Just send Sue a text 301-802-1334 or email email@example.com.
Regular weekly classes are appropriate for all-levels unless otherwise noted. We also offer special workshops throughout the year exploring meditation, Yoga Nidra, body rolling/sustainability, restorative yoga and more!
